649 Christmas Party
Our
annual Christmas party will be held on Saturday,
December 8th
at 7:00 P.M. at the Clermont County
Fairgrounds.
Dinner
and music will be provided.
Members are asked to bring a covered dish,
to share for the dinner
Janet Bratten is in charge of coordinating
the food for the dinner.
Please call Janet at 513-724-7788
if you have something to bring.
Note bring canned food or
other non-perishable items for
our Veterans in need gift baskets.
The gifts and food distributed to
nine familys the day after our party. |

649 to Host Buckeye State Council Meeting
On
Saturday December 15th at 10 A.M. Chapter
649 will host the quarterly, Buckeye State
Council Membership Meeting to be held at
Holiday Inn ( Eastgate ).
Lunch
will be provided.
This opportunity allows VVA members from
the surrounding area to attend the meeting
which is normally held in Columbus, Ohio.
Don't
miss this opportunity to meet members of
our State Council and learn more about benefits
available to all veterans.
All VVA Members are

649 Holds Veterans Day Ceremony
On
Sunday, November 11th Chapter 649 held a
Veterans Day Ceremony to honor
all veterans who served our country.
The names of those listed on our memorial
were read
and flags were posted to crosses for each
veteran.
