State Council Requires at least one (1) Delegate from each state
chapter who receives
HGSP ( Household Goods ) Funds, to
attend the yearly scheduled, Membership
Meetings !
Delegates are REQUIRED to attend
a minimum of Four ( 4 ) meetings during the year.
If your chapter elects Not to attend, your chapter will
lose all HGSP Funds
for the entire three month quarter, due to your Chapters failure
to comply.
