The Clermont County
Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a membership luncheon Friday July
9, 2010
11:30 am – 1:30 pm. held at Receptions East (next to Hobby-Lobby,
Eastgate).
Gary Knepp will be speaking about his most recent book, Beyond the Names
which tells about the life, death, and legacy
of the 39 men from Clermont County who died in Vietnam.
There is a special rate of $15.00 for veterans and active duty military.

5th Annual Golf
Scramble :
Saturday September 18, 2010
(tee time 1:30 pm) at the Elks Run Golf Club – 2000 Elklick Road,
Batavia.
All sponsors and contributors will be recognized at the opening ceremonies.
There will be an auction and raffle in celebration of the conclusion of
the outing.
Fee is $100 per person (4 person/team - Best Ball Format) which includes
an attendance prize drawing,
18 holes of golf and dinner.
The Hole-In-One prizes include a new set of golf clubs or a new car from
Jeff Wyler.

In Memory Of :
It is with deep sadness we
report the passing of Jim Smith’s mother, Catherine Smith on June
18, 2010.
Jim and Cindy are in our thoughts and prayers.
The loss that has an affected not only our chapter, but many in the surrounding
community is that of
Wally Clark’s step-grandchildren, Justin and Blake DeVercelly.
The boys’ funeral services were held Saturday June 19th, 2010 at
the Amelia Church of the Nazarene in Amelia.
Memorial contributions can be made to Justin and Blake DeVercelly Memorial
Fund at any 5/3 Bank,
River Hill Bank or Park National Bank location.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
