The Christmas Party

VVA Chapter 649 hosted its annual Christmas party on December 18th @ the Holiday Inn-Eastgate.
Over 115 people attended the party and everyone appeared to have a great time.
Thank you to all that donated the door prizes and contributed to the party.

Thank you also to Santa Claus (a.k.a. Bob Derr) for the surprise visit.
That kept us in line during the party. Nobody wanted to be on the “naughty” list.

Upcoming News

Please note that anyone wishing to run for any for office in the April Elections must submit their name,
DD214 and proof of paid dues to the nominating committee no later than March 1, 2010.

Buckeye State Convention

The convention will be held in Columbus the week-end starting Thursday June 10, 2010.
More to follow in the upcoming months.

In Memory Of

Our chapter secretary Ken Williamson's father Kenneth Williamson Sr. passed away on December 10, 2009.
The VVA 649 extends their condolences to the Williamson Family.
