The Christmas Party will be held
Friday, December 18th 2009 at the Holiday Inn – Eastgate.
Doors open at 6:00 p.m., Buffet will be served 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Live Music will be provided from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Information for Veterans of
Modern Day Warfare Veterans
Active, reserve and former service
members affected by stop loss are eligible for
retroactive special pay if they served in active duty between Sept 11,
2001 and Sept 30, 2009.
Service members can submit their claim for retroactive stop loss special
pay from now until Oct. 21, 2010.
Eligible personnel will receive $500 per month for each month that they
were retained on active duty because of stop loss.

The
Three Servicemen Statue
Which has been a vital part of the
Vietnam Veterans Memorial site in Washington D.C., is in need of repair.
As part of ongoing efforts to help the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund
(VVMF) are turning attention to the
Three Servicemen and want to begin work on the statue next spring, but
the repairs will be extensive and costly.
